We offer a 30-Day Return & Replacement Policy for eligible orders.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both our customers and our business, a clear, continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for claims involving:

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong product received
  • Missing items
  • Manufacturing defects identified upon delivery

Claims related to these issues may be declined if a valid unboxing video is not provided.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
